- Window: 90 days from the day your order is delivered.
- How: email support@relvay.com with your order number and a short photo or video of the pillow.
- Refund: we refund what you paid, to your original payment method, within 5 business days after we confirm your request.
- No need to ship it back. $0 restocking fee.
- One trial refund per customer.
- 2-pack: you can request a refund for one pillow from a 2-pack. The refund is $60, the difference between the 2-pack ($149) and one pillow ($89).
- Discount codes: refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
12-month replacement
Stops working within 12 months? Email us a short video and we'll send a replacement.

Shipping
- Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page.
- Wrong address: email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships.
- Package not moving? If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, email us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
